"I’m setting up a web-based platform that seamlessly links event organisers with potential sponsors across every type of gathering—sports tournaments, music festivals, corporate conferences, community fairs, educational seminars, you name it.

For organisers, the site must allow them to publish rich event listings, maintain calendars, and handle end-to-end sponsorship workflows from pitch to signed agreement. My key goal is to remove the usual back-and-forth by giving each organiser a dedicated dashboard where they can:
• create and edit event profiles in minutes
• showcase sponsorship tiers and real-time inventory
• track incoming sponsor enquiries and negotiations

Sponsors need their own portal to:
• browse and filter live events by category, location, or budget fit
• submit, negotiate, and finalise sponsorship offers inside the platform
• view performance analytics—impressions, reach, audience demographics—once an event concludes

A shared messaging hub, basic CRM functionality, and clear permission layers (organiser vs. sponsor) are essential so both sides feel at home. Mobile-friendly responsive design is a must; future native apps should be easy to integrate.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional MVP website deployed to my hosting, including organiser and sponsor dashboards, authentication, and role-based access.
2. Admin panel where I can moderate listings, approve accounts, and pull platform-wide reports.
3. Clean, well-documented codebase (framework of your choice, but please outline why you prefer it).
4. Walk-through video or live demo covering core user flows.
