"I have a clear vision for a tailor-made software tool that streamlines customer management from first contact through ongoing support. The end goal is a lightweight, intuitive application—web-based or desktop, whichever you advise fits best—that lets my team capture leads, track interactions, schedule follow-ups, and view key metrics in one place.

I already have a written outline of core workflows, data fields, and user roles, so we can jump straight into architecture and UI discussions rather than starting from a blank slate. What I need now is an experienced developer who can translate that outline into a robust, scalable solution with:

• Secure user authentication and role-based permissions
• A clean dashboard summarising open tasks, recent activity, and performance stats
• Searchable customer profiles with timeline-style interaction history
• Simple import/export of CSV data for migrations and reporting
• Responsive design so the tool is usable on tablets during site visits

Preferred stack is open for discussion; I’m comfortable with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte) paired with a Node.js or Python backend, but if you have stronger arguments for .NET, Laravel, or another platform, let’s talk.
