"I need a concise, repeatable way to move an existing CodeIgniter 3 application into CodeIgniter 4 without losing any behaviour. The project already contains several custom libraries and helpers, so the migration must account for those files, map them into CI4-compliant namespaces, and update their loading mechanisms to use Composer autoloading.

Key points I want covered:
• every controller, model, view and route must run under CI4’s structure
• configs, hooks and language files should be converted to their new locations and formats
