Project description:
"I have a high-resolution mock-up of a single-page landing screen that presents product and service information. The job is to translate that static image into a pixel-perfect, responsive webpage using clean HTML5, CSS3, and lightweight JavaScript (a framework such as Bootstrap or Tailwind is fine if it speeds things up without bloating the code).

Key points you’ll notice in the mock-up:
• colour palette, typography, icons, and overall layout already locked in
• a newsletter signup field that should post to a placeholder action for now (I’ll swap in the final endpoint later)

The build needs to render flawlessly on modern desktop and mobile browsers, with assets and media queries organised for easy future edits.

Deliverables
1. Fully responsive HTML/CSS/JS files reflecting the supplied design exactly
2. Embedded newsletter signup form wired to a test endpoint
3. All images, fonts, and external libraries referenced locally or via CDN, clearly documented
