"I need an Android-only solution that automatically detects every new image the victim receives through WhatsApp, saves a copy to local storage, and records the device’s exact latitude and longitude at the instant the file is written. The process has to be completely silent—no user taps, no foreground notifications, and it must restart itself after the phone reboots.

I have no language preference, so choose Java, Kotlin, or whatever framework lets you hook into WhatsApp’s media directory and the Android location APIs most efficiently. Accuracy within a few meters is ideal; use high-accuracy mode and gracefully fall back if GPS is unavailable.

Deliverables
• Signed APK for testing and a clean, well-commented project (Android Studio or equivalent)
• Simple log mechanism—CSV, JSON, or SQLite—storing filename, timestamp, latitude, longitude
• Clear setup notes covering permissions, background execution settings, and any device-specific steps

Acceptance criteria
• No visible UI elements or battery warnings during normal operation.
