"About the Project

We are Dor Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting students in higher education. We want to digitize our entire scholarship application process through a web application that will streamline student registrations, document verification, counselling, and final admissions.

Key Requirements

The application will have three role-based layers:
Student Portal
Sign Up / Login (via Mobile & Email with OTP verification)
Online Application Form
Document Upload
Download Soft Copy of Scholarship Form
Notifications (SMS/Email) for updates
Track status (Application, Counselling, Home Visit, Admission)

Admin Portal
Dashboard to view & manage all applications
Telephonic Interview & Acceptance marking
Document verification & approval/rejection
Assign students to counsellors
Monitor counselling uploads (essays, notes, reports)
Progress students for home visit & final interview

Counsellor Portal
Sign Up via OTP (linked to Admin mobile)
Create unique ID & password
In-person counselling data entry
Upload photos of student essays
