"I need an AI-driven solution that lets my team generate, audit and share all Health, Safety and Environmental documentation from one place. The job covers both a responsive web portal and a native Android app that talk to the same back-end.

The core workflow begins with smart RAMS templates. A user should be able to open a template, describe the activity, add hazards, and watch an automated checker—powered by NLP or similar machine-learning techniques—flag any missing controls or regulatory gaps in seconds. The same engine will support full Health & Safety plans and procedures. Multiple colleagues must be able to co-edit a document in real time, leave comments and track changes before final sign-off.

An external legislation database we license already exposes REST endpoints; your code will read the latest requirements from there and store completed documents back to our own cloud store. PDF export, secure versioning and role-based access control need to be built in.

I’m flexible on stack choices—React, Angular, Vue or Flutter for the UI; Python, Node or Java for the API—as long as performance and maintainability are addressed. Machine-learning models can be off-the-shelf LLMs fine-tuned for HSE language or custom classifiers you train from scratch.

Deliverables
1. Source code for web and Android applications, fully compiled and runnable
2. AI models (or clear retraining scripts) integrated into the back-end
3. Deployment and architecture documentation, including database schema and external API mapping
4. Two weeks of post-launch bug fixing

• Users can create, save and reuse templates
• Automated checks complete in under 10 seconds and pinpoint the exact text needing attention
• Concurrent edits never overwrite one another
• Successful bidirectional sync with our external database in staging
