"I need an experienced IT recruiter who can quickly identify, engage, and present senior-level software developers skilled in both Java with Spring Boot and Python with Django. You’ll take ownership of the full recruiting cycle—sourcing passive talent, screening resumes, running initial technical interviews, and coordinating final rounds with our engineering leads—until offers are accepted.

Your success will be measured by the quality and fit of the candidates you deliver, not by the quantity of résumés. I can provide an overview of our tech stack, salary bands, and cultural priorities; you bring the network, Boolean search finesse, and persuasive communication that converts top talent.

Deliverables:
• A curated shortlist of at least three interview-ready senior developers in each tech stack
• Detailed interview notes and skills assessments for every presented candidate
• Weekly progress updates outlining outreach metrics, pipeline status, and next steps

Acceptance criteria: candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with their respective stack, demonstrable ownership of production deployments, and strong communication skills.
