"I’m assembling a new mobile team and need a seasoned engineer who can run technical interviews that cover both React Native, AWS, Django. The goal is simple: identify candidates who can build polished cross-platform apps while confidently deploying and scaling them on AWS.

Here’s what I’ll rely on you for:

– Craft a balanced question set that probes React Native fundamentals alongside AWS topics, with special attention to EC2 & S3, Lambda & Serverless, and IAM & Security.
– Conduct live video interviews (or detailed asynchronous assessments if time zones clash) and dig into real-world scenarios rather than textbook trivia.
– Provide a concise written report after each session summarizing strengths, weaknesses, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation.

You’ll have full freedom to introduce coding exercises, whiteboard discussions, or hands-on console demos—whatever best exposes a candidate’s true skill level.
