"I hold an official licence for [login to view URL] and now need the full experience brought to life on three fronts: a responsive web front-end plus native-quality apps for both iOS and Android.

Core scope
• Single shared code-base or seamlessly matched builds that deliver the same gameplay across phone, tablet and desktop browsers.
• Features that must be present from day one: secure user login (email/social), real-time multiplayer matchmaking with low-latency game play, and a rolling leaderboard that pulls data live from the game servers.
• A modern, sleek UI that respects [login to view URL] branding but feels at home on App Store and Google Play. Think clean typography, fluid transitions and dark/light mode support.

Technical notes
The original licence grants access to the underlying game logic, so you will architect the client side, handle WebSocket communication for live play, and set up any needed back-end glue (Node, Firebase, Supabase—open to your recommendation). Game state must stay perfectly in sync across all three platforms.

Key deliverables
1. Production-ready iOS and Android builds, store-submission-compliant.
2. Responsive web version deployed to my chosen host.

Acceptance criteria
