"I’m starting with a clean site and need full engineering documentation that will ultimately cover a traditional-style kit home, a metal boundary fence, a small shed and, most urgently, a culvert box channel to handle storm-water run-off.

Priority – Culvert box channel
The first package you prepare should contain the hydraulic calculations, structural details, reinforcement schedules and layout drawings for a concrete box culvert sized to meet local rainfall intensity and discharge requirements. Please model the flow path, show inlet and outlet treatments and specify any erosion control measures so I can lodge it with council straight away.

Next stages
Once the culvert is accepted, I’ll move on to the site layout, footing/slab, framing and services drawings for the kit home in a traditional aesthetic, followed by plans for a matching metal fence and a simple storage shed. I’d like all pieces to tie together in one coordinated set so later approvals are straightforward.

Deliverables
• PDF and editable CAD (DWG/DXF) drawings for each component
• Calculation sheets and design notes clearly referencing the applicable code clauses
• A brief design report summarising assumptions, loads and materials
• BIM/Revit model links are a bonus but not essential
