Patient Management:

Add a Patient : A form to register a new patient, capturing details like First Name, Phone Number, Address, Date of Birth, and allowing selection of services from a menu. It also includes an appointment scheduler with a calendar view.

Patient Details : A dedicated page to view a specific patient's information (Name, DOB, Phone, Address) and their visit history, including dates, services provided, and costs.

Edit Patient : A form pre-filled with a patient's existing data, allowing staff to update their information and appointment details.
