Project description:
"I want to launch a web marketplace that mirrors the core workflow of uShip but focuses exclusively on vehicle moves inside the continental United States—motor-homes, travel trailers, fifth-wheels and similar rigs. Two user groups will share the space: individual owner-operators and established transport companies. Each must be able to create a profile, list or bid on shipments, exchange messages, and close the deal inside the platform.

Core flow
A shipper posts the vehicle details, origin and destination ZIPs, preferred dates and photos. Registered transporters receive alerts, place competing bids, and can adjust or withdraw them until the shipper accepts one. When the haul is complete, both sides rate and review each other, building a reputation layer that drives future work and an invoice will be generated and emailed to the person who booked and the accounting dept for the booking person.

Tech and approach
I am open to custom code or to customising an existing uShip-style clone script—whichever gets us to a stable, scalable MVP fastest. The finished site needs a clean mobile-first interface, intuitive dashboards for both user types, and an admin console where I can moderate listings, resolve disputes, and manage fees.

Acceptance criteria: All listed features operate smoothly across modern browsers and mobile devices; sign-up, listing, bid, acceptance and rating cycles can be completed end-to-end without manual intervention; performance remains responsive under typical U.S. traffic loads.
