"I have a Distech Controls installation and need a clean, reliable control program built in EC-GFX Workbench. The focus is pure HVAC control—no monitoring dashboards or analytics, just solid logic that keeps the equipment running as intended. If you know your way around Distech controllers, LonWorks/BACnet points, and GFX block programming, you will feel at home here.

Scope
• Build or refine the GFX program so it sequences my HVAC plant correctly (fans, pumps, valves, safeties, interlocks).
• Map all I/O and network variables the way Distech expects so I can drop the file straight into the controller.
• Provide the compiled .gfx (or .prog) file plus an unlocked version for future tweaks, along with a quick PDF or Word document that shows point list and sequence notes.

Acceptance
The file must download without errors, all points must come online in Workbench, and the basic control loops need to hold setpoints when I test on site.
