"I already have the full layout coded in plain HTML and CSS; what I need now is a front-end specialist who can refine it so the site feels polished and production-ready. The core structure, colors and typography are set, but responsive behaviour, subtle animations and cross-browser tweaks still need attention.

You’ll receive my current HTML/CSS files at kickoff. From there, your job is to clean up the markup, optimise the style sheets, add any lightweight JavaScript needed for smooth interactions, and be sure the pages break down gracefully on mobiles and tablets. No design translation from Figma or Photoshop is required—everything starts in code.

Deliverables
• Updated, well-commented HTML/CSS (and any JS) that mirrors the existing look while improving responsiveness
• Consistent rendering on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge
• Final hand-off zipped and ready to deploy, along with a short README explaining any build steps
