We are a new software & app development startup based in Memari, West Bengal.
I am a full stack developer with 10+ years’ experience in PHP, Ruby on Rails, Flutter, ReactJS, MySQL & PostgreSQL.

I have built a SaaS POS product for retail businesses and now want to start a service-based and product-based software company.

I’m looking for a Business Development Executive / Partner / Co-founder who can:

Generate leads (domestic & international)

Handle communication & project bidding (Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.)

Bring clients for software/app/web development projects

Compensation:

Initial:
• Commission per project (10–15%) with minimum tergate.
• Small monthly stipend (negotiable)

Long-term:
• Co-founder opportunity with equity after proven performance

Ideal for someone with good English/Hindi communication, sales knowledge, IT understanding, and long-term vision.
