"I need a lightweight internal CRM-style web app that lets me manage Clients and their Projects, with user authentication, transactional email notices, activity logs, and a quick global search. You’re welcome to start from scratch with pure PHP, MariaDB, and Bootstrap or spin it up in Laravel—either way works for me as long as the result is clean, well-structured code pushed to the Git repository I’ll provide and deployed to my staging server.

Core scope
• Secure email-and-password auth (no social login needed)
• CRUD for Clients and Projects, tied together through relational tables
• Transactional email triggers—think “new project created” or “status updated” notifications via SMTP
• Server-side logging of key actions for auditing
• Fast search across clients, projects, and log entries

You’ll set up the database schema, build responsive screens (Bootstrap 5 preferred), and document any environment variables so I can spin it up locally. I’m targeting a mid-hundreds budget range and can split payments by milestone: initial setup, feature completion, and final polish.
