"I already have a working Flutter project and can generate the Android APK from Windows without problems. What I need now is step-by-step help producing the iOS version.

Here is my current situation
• I do have access to a Mac, but nothing is configured yet—Xcode, CocoaPods, and the supporting tool-chain still need to be installed and connected to Flutter.
• My Apple Developer account is active, though I have not created any certificates or provisioning profiles.
• The end goal for this first phase is a clean, signed .ipa (or App Store build) that matches the Android release in features and appearance.

Once the iOS build is done, I will open a second milestone to wire up push notifications. My website is an ASP.NET (VB.NET) portal, so eventually I will want to trigger APNs messages to individual students, to grades, or to everyone who has installed the app. For now, please keep the focus strictly on delivering the iOS build.

Deliverables for this phase
1. Local setup on my Mac—Xcode, Xcode command-line tools, CocoaPods, Flutter iOS dependencies, and any signing utilities.
2. Creation and proper configuration of all required certificates, App IDs, and provisioning profiles (development and distribution).
3. Guidance on updating the project’s [login to view URL], icons, splash screens, and any iOS-specific configurations.
4. A reproducible build command (Flutter or Xcode archive) that outputs a signed .ipa ready for TestFlight or direct install.
5. A concise set of written steps so I can repeat the process on my own.
