"I need a tiny showcase app that runs the same on iOS and Android and behaves exactly like the short reference video I’ll share. The entire interaction is a single floating button that users can drag freely around the screen; its position, drag-to-release feel, and return-to-place animation must mirror the video frame for frame.

Please compile and deliver:

• iOS build through TestFlight – you’ll need your own active Apple Developer account and must be able to send me the invite.
• Android APK ready to sideload.
• Complete, well-commented source code plus a brief README that lets another developer build the project from scratch (tool versions, build steps, any third-party libs).

I’ll consider the job done when I can install both builds, drag the button exactly as in the clip, and verify that the codebase cleanly compiles.
