"I’m looking to connect our Vtiger CRM (open-source edition) with Qoyod’s cloud accounting platform through their public APIs. The integration must automatically keep customers and contacts in both systems aligned, then push every new invoice and payment created in Vtiger straight into Qoyod.

My preference is for true real-time synchronization so that data is mirrored almost immediately; however, if the architecture demands periodic polling, running the job every hour is acceptable. Secure OAuth 2.0 (or Qoyod’s recommended mechanism) must protect all calls, and I need robust error-handling with detailed error reports written to an audit log I can download or view directly on the server.

Please factor in:
• two-way sync for customers/contacts,
• one-way sync (Vtiger ➜ Qoyod) for invoices and payments,
• conflict resolution rules that favour the most recently updated record,
• clean, commented code callable via cron or webhook, and
• a brief hand-over document so my team can extend the mapping later.
