"I’m rebuilding the online identity Education Institute of Pharmacy and need a partner who can take the project from wireframe to launch on WordPress. The finished site must look contemporary, load quickly on any device, and give visitors an intuitive path to everything that matters to them.

Scope of work
The site will consolidate more than 160 existing pages into a clear information architecture, centred on three high-visibility areas on the homepage: Admissions, Achievements and Accreditations, and Research and Facilities. Custom UI/UX design is essential; a generic template will not capture the academic character or credibility we need to project.

Content management
Non-technical staff will keep the site fresh, so the CMS must let them:
• update news and events,
• add new pages, and
• modify existing content
without touching code. Please build sensible workflows around three WordPress roles—Admin for full control, Editor for day-to-day management, and Contributor for draft creation only—so we limit risk while staying flexible.

Technical expectations
• Fully responsive layout, WCAG-friendly colour and type choices
• SEO-ready structure: clean URLs, schema markup, XML sitemap, on-page meta controls
• Security hardening, regular-update theme/plugins, and version-controlled custom code
• Scalability for future modules and integrations (e.g., payment, alumni portal)

3. WordPress build with custom theme, tested across modern browsers/devices

Acceptance criteria
The site must score 90+ on Google Lighthouse mobile performance, pass an SEO audit with no critical errors, and allow a non-technical test user to publish a news post unaided.
