"I’m ready to turn a fresh esports-community concept into a real product and I’m looking for a hands-on CTO to lead that journey alongside me. You’ll own the technical direction from day one, code the first lines yourself, and grow a lean, talented team over time—no “hire everyone at once” approach here.

Your background ideally blends three strengths I consider non-negotiable:
• team building and thoughtful people management,
• genuine, sleeves-rolled-up development skills, and
• prior exposure to esports or community-driven platforms (you understand why latency, matchmaking, and social features matter).

Immediate focus
Our first priority is building the community platform MVP: player profiles, matchmaking, chat, and tournament modules. Once that foundation is stable, we can expand into broader ecosystem features and begin scaling the team.

Tech vision
I’m set on a JavaScript/Node.js stack for the back-end, complemented by whatever modern front-end you believe fits (React, [login to view URL], etc.). Cloud choice is flexible so long as we keep deployment smooth and costs transparent.

Key deliverables (initial six months)
1. Technical architecture blueprint and repo setup
