"We are an IT company in need of an expert VoIP professional to design and deploy a robust, scalable, and hosted PBX phone system. This system must be built as a multi-tenant solution, enabling us to efficiently manage and provision separate, secure accounts for our business customers. We are seeking a long-term partner who can also provide ongoing maintenance and support.

Core System Requirements:

Platform: We require a solution built on a reliable, open-source platform like Asterisk or FreePBX. We are open to other suggestions that come with a strong track record and provide similar functionality.

Multi-Tenancy: The system must support the complete isolation of each customer's data, call logs, and configurations. Our administrative portal must allow us to manage all tenants from a single, centralized interface.

Zero-Touch Provisioning: The system must have the ability to auto-provision IP phones from leading manufacturers. This is a critical requirement for a streamlined customer onboarding process. The solution should specifically support devices from:

Customer Portal: Each of our customers must have their own secure, web-based portal. This portal should be an intuitive and user-friendly interface that allows them to perform basic management tasks, including:

Modifying extension names.

Accessing and listening to call recordings.

Viewing their own call history and reports.

Desktop & Mobile Applications: The system should either include or be compatible with desktop and mobile applications (softphones) that allow our customers and their employees to make and receive calls, manage their extensions, and access key features from their computer or smartphone.

Deliverables:

Complete setup of the hosted multi-tenant PBX system on a server we provide.

Configuration of the admin and customer portals.

Implementation of the zero-touch provisioning feature for the specified phone brands.

Integration with a softphone application solution.

Thorough documentation of the system's architecture and configuration.

A plan for ongoing maintenance and support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and managing multi-tenant VoIP solutions. Please provide concrete examples of similar projects you have successfully completed. Your proposal should demonstrate your expertise in:
