"I need a clean, mobile-friendly booking form added to my airport-taxi website so clients can reserve their rides quickly. The form has to collect the essentials—pickup and drop-off locations are mandatory—while giving passengers the choice to tick a simple Meet & Greet option and type any extra notes in an open “Additional Information” box.

Every confirmed booking must automatically create a matching event in my Google Calendar, complete with all journey details, so nothing falls through the cracks. At the same time an email confirmation should go to both the passenger and me.

I’m happy for you to use PHP, JavaScript, or a lightweight WordPress solution as long as it blends smoothly with my existing site, loads fast, and is secure. Please include basic server-side validation, a spam-proof CAPTCHA, and clear instructions on how I can tweak destinations or email texts later.
