1. Project Overview

We are seeking a qualified professional or team to establish a seamless, two-way data

synchronization and workflow automation system connecting our core platforms: Jobber (Field Service Management CRM) and our proprietary Al

Assistant CRM named Sophiie.

The core objective is to ensure real-time, accurate, and bidirectional data flow between Jobber and Sophiie, while leveraging Sophiie to automate key customer communications based on events occurring in Jobber.

This is an ongoing, iterative project. The initial phases detailed below are mandatory, but the final solution must be structured to allow for continuous refinement and the addition of new automated workflows in the future.

2. Goal

To achieve real-time, bidirectional data sync between Jobber and Sophiie, and to implement specific automated text-message communications triggered by key actions in Jobber, executed by Sophiie.

3. Technical Requirements

Primary CRM: Jobber

Secondary CRM/AI Platform: Sophiie (AI Assistant CRM)

Integration Method: Jobber Webhooks (for real-time data push) and API calls (for two-way data modification). The developer will recommend the best intermediary tool (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom code).

Access: We will provide the contact details/API credentials for Sophiie Al to facilitate its integration.

4. Phase 1: Core Two-Way Data Synchronization

The program must ensure that data entered g updated in CRM A is reflected in Sophiie, and vice-versa, for the following entities:

Client Record Sync:

Triggers: Client Record Created or Updated in either system.

Required Data Fields: Full Name, Phone (Home/Mobile), Email Address, Billing Address, Company Name, Lead Source.

Property Record Sync:

Triggers: Property Record Created or Updated in either system.

Required Data Fields: Service Address, Access Codes, Property Notes.

Job/Work Order Sync:

Triggers: Job/Work Order Created or Updated in either system.

Required Data Fields: Job Title, Service Type, Client ID, Property ID, Status, Assigned Team Member(s).

Appointment/Visit Sync:

Triggers: Appointment/Visit Scheduled, Rescheduled, or Cancelled in either system.

Required Data Fields: Date, Start Time, End Time, Service Notes, Job ID.

5. Phase 2: Sophiie Communication Automation Triggers

The following events in Jobber must trigger Sophiie to send an automated text message to the

customer.

Action: Send confirmation/spam check text

6. Phase 3: Post-Job Feedback & Review Automation (Critical Logic)

This sequence is mandatory and requires complex conditional logic managed by Sophiie.

Job Status Changed to 'Complete/Closed':

Initial Action: Sophiie sends the customer a text asking for a satisfaction rating (1 to 10).

Conditional Logic Path:

If Reply is 1-6 (Dissatisfied):

Action: Sophiie sends an urgent internal alert text to the Business Owner/Manager, including the client's name and job ID, prompting an immediate personal call.

If Reply is 7-8 (Neutral/Satisfied):
