"I’m launching a barber-shop startup in India and need the entire tech stack built—from first pixel to production. The vision is a modern and vibrant experience across Android, iOS, a web-based admin panel, and a high-converting marketing landing page, all available in both Hindi and English.
Core experience
• Mobile apps: separate logins for users and barbers, OTP-based authentication, service catalogue with pricing, real-time availability calendar, booking / reschedule / cancel flows, Razorpay or Paytm payments, ratings & reviews, coupons, and analytics dashboards.
• Push notifications must dispatch in Hindi and English, triggered for confirmations, reminders, status changes, marketing, and coupon campaigns.
• Admin portal: manage both users and barbers, oversee bookings, payouts, coupon rules, review moderation, and analytics.
• Landing page: modern, vibrant, conversion-focused, tied into app store links and a web booking widget.
• UI/UX: Produce complete Figma files before build; follow Material 3 / Human Interface wherever relevant while adding energetic colour and motion that reflects a premium grooming brand.
Must-have deliverables
– Figma design system and screen flows (mobile, web admin, landing)
– Production-ready Android (Kotlin/Flutter/React Native) and iOS apps for users and barbers, with bilingual copy
– Web admin panel (React/Vue/Angular + Node/Go/Laravel—your call, as long as it’s scalable)
– Responsive marketing landing page ([login to view URL] + CSS)
– Fully commented source code in a private Git repo
– CI/CD setup and deployment on my AWS or GCP account, including database, object storage, and push notification keys
– Handover documentation and three months of post-launch bug-fix support

2. Successful Razorpay and Paytm test transactions.
3. Real-time slot locking prevents double bookings in concurrent tests.
