"I need a compact, professional site built in ASP.NET (C#) backed by SQL Server. The reference for layout and information architecture is [login to view URL], but my version will be leaner—about eight to ten pages, with roughly three-quarters of them hard-coded and the rest fed from the database.

Dynamic modules

Both sections must be updateable through a simple back-office or CMS panel so that non-technical staff can add, edit, or archive entries without touching code.

Users should be able to create an account, log in, and manage a minimal profile; no extended social features are necessary. Authentication can rely on ASP.NET Identity, cookies, or another proven approach, as long as security best practices are observed.

Visual style
Clean, uncluttered, and easy to scan—white space over decoration. Responsive layouts are essential; the site must look equally good on mobile and desktop.
