The Role
I am looking for a Social Media & Engagement Manager to amplify my presence on LinkedIn and my blog. Content will be built collaboratively—but I need someone to ensure that every piece lands with the right audience, sparks conversation, and drives visibility among senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
• Co-create and execute a weekly social media calendar (aligning posts, visuals, and calls-to-action).
• Manage daily publishing on LinkedIn and blog (formatting, visuals, scheduling).
• Drive engagement: tagging relevant voices, responding to comments, initiating dialogue, and fostering community.
• Optimize for visibility & reach: platform best practices, hashtags, timing, and analytics-driven improvements.
• Provide a weekly performance snapshot (impressions, engagement, clicks, top interactions) and actionable insights to refine strategy.
