Project description:
"I need a single code-base solution that lets our security team run every core task from their phones on both iOS and Android. The app must cover daily site visits with a structured form that captures check-in and check-out times, incident reports, and the ability to attach photos and obtain signatures. In addition, guards have to book on and off shift, record mobile patrol stops, respond to alarms, and handle site lock-ups and unlocks.

I want real-time push notifications for absolutely every action so supervisors see activity the moment it happens and can escalate issues without delay. A clean, permission-based interface is important so guards only see what they need while managers can review logs and export data.

Deliverables
• Production-ready mobile app for iOS and Android
• Simple cloud back end (Firebase, AWS or similar) delivering instant data sync and notification routing
• Source code, build instructions and a brief hand-off session so my in-house IT team can maintain future releases
