"I’m starting a cleaning company in Portugal and need a professional but low-budget digital presence. I’m looking for a freelancer to help create a cohesive look across a logo, website, and simple mobile app.

Budget: Fixed-price €250–€750 (flexible depending on experience and scope)

Scope:
1. Logo Design
Clean, Classy, Timeless, Simple, professional, trustworthy.
Deliverables: Vector file (AI or SVG) + PNG/JPG.

2. Website
Single-language: Portuguese only (expandable later).
Platform: Wix, WordPress, or similar (easy for me to update text/photos).
Pages: One-page scroll: Home → Services → Gallery → Contact/Appointment → About.
Appointment/Quote Request Form: Customer Request Quote or/and suggests date/time; I manually confirm.

3. Mobile App (Optional / Basic)
PWA or no-code solution (Glide, Adalo, or WordPress plugin).
Mirrors website content.
Includes service catalog, gallery, and contact form.

4. Flyer Design
Single-sided, simple, with logo, services, and contact info.

Deliverables:
Logo package-
Deployed website with CMS access
Simple mobile app or PWA
One flyer design ready for print

Timeline: Preferably 2–4 weeks to complete all deliverables
