"I need a simple yet robust CRM focused entirely on customer management for my Latin-American market. The core of the build will be an interaction timeline that records and displays every phone call with a contact—date, duration, summary notes, follow-up reminders, and file attachments such as call recordings. No email or in-person logs are required right now; the system’s single job is to give me a clear, searchable history of all phone conversations so my team can serve customers faster and more personally.
Key points to keep in mind:
• Contacts must be easy to import, tag, and segment in Spanish and Portuguese character sets.
• Each customer profile needs an interaction tab that auto-updates when a new call is logged (manual entry or VoIP integration—open to suggestions).
• Basic dashboards: upcoming callbacks, last‐contacted dates, and overdue follow-ups.
• Mobile-friendly interface is essential because our reps work primarily from smartphones.
I am not tied to any specific platform; if you can achieve this efficiently with an off-the-shelf tool (HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, SuiteCRM, etc.) plus light customization, great. If a lightweight custom build is faster, I’m open. Tell me how you would:
