"I’m building the first release of Virtu—an app that lets people see how clothes look on their own body (or on preset body types) before buying. This MVP must run smoothly on Android, iOS, and the web from a single Flutter codebase, and come with a lightweight backend that handles sign-up/login plus secure data storage.

Core scope
The initial build needs three working pillars:
• Virtual try-on flow that renders garments over a live or uploaded photo with believable fit and lighting.
• User profiles so shoppers can save body parameters, style preferences, and past try-ons.
• Image upload and processing pipeline tuned for speed and minimal artifacts.

Tech expectations
Frontend: Flutter 3.x with responsive layouts and platform-adaptive widgets.
Backend: basic authentication (email, social, or phone) and cloud data storage; Firebase is fine, but I’m open if you have a comparable stack that ships fast and scales.

Deliverables
• Clean, documented Flutter repo compiling for Android, iOS, and web
• Deployed backend with auth, user tables/collections, and storage buckets configured
• Working try-on module (placeholder garment set is acceptable for MVP)
• Build/run instructions plus one hand-off call or video walkthrough

Acceptance criteria
The app launches on all three platforms, a new user can register, upload a full-body image, pick a sample garment, and see a rendered preview in under 10 seconds on a standard 4G connection. All code is lint-clean and ready for CI/CD.
