Description:
I’m supporting a small school in Ghana (approx. 300 students) through a charitable initiative. The Joomla-based website is built using the AS Templates LT School Extended License and SP Page Builder. Most content (except the admission page and the school management portal) is in place, but I need a Joomla expert to help elevate the site and implement key features.
Project Goals:
1. Professional Design Enhancement
o Improve layout, responsiveness, and visual polish
o Ensure consistent branding and intuitive navigation
2. Admissions Page Upgrade
o Integrate JotForm or a suitable Joomla extension for electronic applications
o Enable form validation, submission confirmation, and admin notifications
3. School Management Portal Setup
o Create a user portal with role-based access for Director, Principal, Admin, Teachers, Students, and Parents
o Use JoomSchool by JoomBoost extension
o Include features like student profiles, attendance, grades, and parent access
o Fees and invoice management in Ghana currency (possible phase 2 project)
