"The task is to build a mobile application that connects to Bluetooth Low-Energy wearable devices, maintains a stable link, and then exposes three key capabilities:

• Data synchronisation – pull stored metrics from the wearable and persist them locally (SQLite / Core Data or any lightweight store), then surface them in a simple dashboard.
• Real-time notifications – display incoming alerts pushed by the wearable in the phone’s notification tray even when the app is in the background.
• Device configuration – push settings (e.g., user profile, thresholds, firmware flags) to the wearable through a clean in-app settings screen.

Any modern cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native is acceptable, as long as native BLE services are handled with the platform-specific SDKs (CoreBluetooth on iOS, Android BLE API). If you prefer pure native (Swift / Kotlin), that works too; just stay consistent and document the choice.

Acceptance criteria
1. A signed APK / IPA that scans, pairs, and reconnects automatically to the target wearable.
2. All three functions above work without crashes or memory leaks and with <3 second latency on standard hardware.
3. Source code in a Git repository with clear build instructions and inline comments focused on the BLE workflow.

UI can stay minimal; focus is on rock-solid BLE communication and clean code architecture. Any questions about the GATT profile or sample data frames can be answered quickly once development starts." (client-provided description)
