"Project Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly technical PHP/WordPress Developer to complete the redevelopment of our live job board website, Excelraise.com. The current system built using the old Shared Version of 'Careerfy - Job Board WordPress Theme'. We have bought the Latest Version and the new system will be migrated accordingly.

The project requires a complete modern aesthetic redesign coupled with the crucial implementation of core monetization features (Paid Postings, Payment Gateway Integration) and enhanced security. This project requires strong expertise in secure theme migration, Plugin Customization, complex debugging, and payment systems. Please refer the enclosed file for Scope of work.

Core Challenges & Required Expertise (Please Read Carefully)
The previous attempt to migrate the site failed due to technical instability. Candidates must demonstrate confidence in resolving the following critical issues:
1. Theme Migration Roadblock (CRITICAL): Essential forms (e.g., job application and client submission forms) immediately broke on the public frontend when a new theme/plugin set was activated. Working fine with old settings/Theme/Plugins. The new developer must be able to:
o Achieve a stable theme migration where 100% of all existing form and posting/application functionality is preserved and fully operational on the frontend.
o Debug complex form and database interactions across different WordPress themes and plugins.

2. PHP Version & Plugin Compatibility (ADVANCED DEBUGGING): The site is experiencing job listing stability issues (likely due to the Careerfy framework and the WP Jobsearch plugin). We suspect this is due to a conflict with the current PHP version. The developer's first troubleshooting task must be to:
o Check if the issue resolves by temporarily downgrading the PHP version.
o Implement a permanent solution, either by updating the plugin/theme or ensuring the framework is made compatible with the current, modern PHP version.

Skills Required
• 5+ years of experience in PHP/WordPress Development.
• Required Experience: Careerfy or Similar Premium Job Board Theme.
• Deep expertise in custom WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types (CPTs), especially for job board or directory sites.
• Expertise in WordPress PHP compatibility, environment setup, and version debugging.
• Proven experience integrating major payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) for subscription/one-time fees and managing paid content.
• Strong debugging skills for complex form submissions and database interactions.
• Knowledge of security best practices (reCAPTCHA, SQL injection prevention).
