"I need a streamlined Warehouse Management Software solution built from the ground up to cover two core areas of my operation: real-time inventory tracking and complete order-fulfillment control.

On the inventory side, the system must maintain real-time stock accuracy—every receipt, move, pick, or adjustment should update instantly and be visible to all users. Barcode (or RFID) scanning, location management, and clear exception alerts are essential so stockouts or over-stocks can be caught before they happen.

For order fulfillment, I want the entire flow handled inside the same platform. That means:
• Guided picking and packing workflows that can run on handheld scanners or a tablet
• Live order-tracking and status updates that sync with our e-commerce storefront and carrier APIs
• Automated reordering rules based on min/max or forecasted demand so we can replenish without manual spreadsheets

The finished software should be browser-based (mobile responsive) with role-based access, an intuitive dashboard, and clean API endpoints so we can connect it later to accounting or shipping services. I will provide sample data and process maps; you will deliver source code, a working demo on a test server, and a short hand-off session showing how to add new SKUs and users.

Acceptance criteria:
