"Looking to build a two-sided digital platform designed to connect the dance ecosystem — dancers, studios, choreographers, vendors, and the wider community. Our MVP is currently being developed in web app form, and we are now exploring the development of a mobile app (iOS & Android).

For clarity, the mobile app will serve both sides of the marketplace:

- Demand Side (dancers & audiences): class discovery and booking, instructor/studio profiles, event listings and ticketing, gig opportunities, community forums/crowdfunding, e-commerce for dancewear, and venue/production service bookings.

- Supply Side (studios, choreographers, vendors): class and studio booking management, event promotion and ticket sales, promotional profiles and portfolios, paid gigs and auditions, crowdfunding and sponsorship tools, marketplace listings, unified payment processing, and advertising/analytics dashboards.

To help us scope and budget effectively, we would appreciate if you could:

- Share separate pricing estimates for each feature (so we can phase development if needed)

- Outline the development timeline per module

- Specify whether you work on a fixed-price or hourly model
