"FinTech App Developer Needed — Salary-Linked Spend & Pay Later System

We are building a Salary-Linked Spend & Pay Later (BNPL) system that allows employees to access part of their salary before payday. The platform will connect employees, employers, and vendors, with repayments deducted automatically from salaries via payroll.

Key Components
• Employee Mobile App (iOS, Android, Web): registration, dashboard, salary advance, vendor marketplace, repayment tracker.
• Employer Portal (Web): employee management, payroll deduction integration, repayment remittance.
• Vendor Portal (Web): vendor onboarding, order dashboard, settlements, QR/API integration.
• Admin Dashboard: user management, fraud monitoring, revenue reports.
