"Creating a functional no-code meeting app that launches simultaneously on the web and on common mobile devices is the core task. The first release centres on smooth, reliable chat messaging so meeting participants can exchange text in real time inside a clean, distraction-free interface.

Scope of work
• Set up the project in a mature no-code platform (Bubble, Glide, Adalo or a comparable tool) and configure both web and mobile builds from a single source.
• Design straightforward onboarding—users enter a meeting link or code and join immediately as a Participant; no other roles are required at this stage.
• Build the chat room with typing indicators, basic emoji support and automatic scroll-to-latest.
• Implement secure user sessions so messages are restricted to their specific meeting room and disappear once the room is closed.
• Connect a lightweight database for message storage, keeping performance fast even with many concurrent users.
• Provide a clear hand-off: editable project files, a short Loom walkthrough of the app’s back-end settings, and step-by-step deployment instructions for the web URL plus iOS & Android builds.

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can create a meeting room, share the link, and have others join on any browser or modern phone without installing separate software.
2. Text chat functions in real time for all participants with no page refreshes.
3. Host can close the room, instantly ending the session and wiping messages.
4. Source project is fully editable so new roles or features (video, screen share) can be added later.
