"Our company needs a production-ready e-commerce website and a matching Android application built on a tight timeline. The site must follow a modern, minimalist look while delivering the core buying experience end-to-end.

Scope of work
• Full-stack web development: product catalog, shopping cart, secure payment gateway integration, customer product reviews and a lightweight supply-chain module so staff can track inventory and fulfilment.
• Native (or high-performance cross-platform) Android app that mirrors the web store’s functions and design language, including real-time sync of user carts, orders, and inventory data.
• Responsive UI/UX, SEO-friendly routing, and administrator dashboard for product, order, and user management.
• Deployment to a scalable cloud environment with staging and production pipelines, plus hand-off documentation.

Stack preferences
I’m comfortable with React / [login to view URL] or Vue on the front end, Node.js or Django on the back end, and Kotlin or Flutter for the Android layer, but I’m open to alternatives if you can justify them. Clean code, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and Git-based workflow are non-negotiable.

Timeline
