"Hi, I’m looking for help setting up a local AI content generation environment on my new laptop. I want a turnkey installation so I can run Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI for high‑quality imaging and longer video generation, with the flexibility to switch to cloud GPUs (RunPod or Lambda Labs) when I need more VRAM for extended or cinematic projects.

Important: Setup access must be by remote session. I will provide a temporary Windows admin account for privacy.

Deliverables:

4) Optimize settings for my 8 GB VRAM GPU (so SDXL runs smoothly).

5) Provide a basic workflow (text‑to‑image, image‑to‑image, text‑to‑video, image‑to‑video).

6) Add support for video generation models (e.g., AnimateDiff, ModelScope, LTXVideo).

7) Configure video chaining / frame‑by‑frame workflows so I can generate longer clips (10+ seconds).

8) Set up upscalers and refiners (ESRGAN, 4x UltraSharp, SDXL refiners) for 2K–4K high‑quality images.

9) Configure the environment so it’s cloud‑portable — workflows should run on RunPod Secure Cloud or Lambda Labs bare‑metal GPUs.
