"I want to launch an MVP for a modern, mobile-first classifieds marketplace that initially focuses on the Emlak (real estate) category yet is architected so we can later turn on vehicles, commercial listings and a paid membership layer without a full rebuild.

Core workflow
• Users register with e-mail or Google and can immediately post property ads.
• Each listing must allow the owner to attach the following assets:
– Photo gallery
– Short video clip
– Optional PDF brochure
• Listings appear in a clean, searchable feed and on an interactive Google Maps view.
• A private “share & co-manage” feature lets an advertiser invite others to edit or promote a specific ad (functional details will be provided once we have an agreement in place).

Technical expectations
I am leaning toward a [login to view URL] + Node.js back-end with PostgreSQL, but I am open to similarly modern stacks as long as the result is fast, secure and easy to scale. Responsive Tailwind, Chakra or another modern UI kit is welcome, and all code should be structured so that Stripe (or a comparable gateway) can be slotted in later for paid plans.
