"My [login to view URL] app feels sluggish. My app is a song app for baseball teams. The idea is to assign a song to players on your team, and be able to quickly play that song. But the key word here is "quickly", im noticing that sometimes the song doesn't play at all due to slow performance. The app is designed to be a native mobile app, and it should be quick and responsive. However, its not.

Here is what I need:
• A quick yet thorough review of the current setup to pinpoint the slowest workflows and any related database calls.
• Practical refactoring or configuration tweaks that cut load-time and workflow execution time without changing visible functionality.

This project doesn't have to be big, or take very long. Im not a very experience developer, in fact im still in high school and this is just a small project for me. However, my app has gained alot of downloads and recieved quite a few premium subscriptions, so I want to ensure my users have the best experience.

I have a decently low budget so please let me know what you can get done with my budget, please don't try and increase it as I don't have the money.
