"We’re building the future of empathetic AI for mental health. Our core product, Nesya, is an AI co-psychologist that supports Gen Z, Millennials, and Gen Alpha with daily emotional needs. We partner with hospitals, universities, companies, and governments to make mental health support more accessible, scalable, and affordable.


We’re now launching N2CIAS, our organizational platform. As part of this, we’re rolling out a hospital-focused platform — and we need your help to accelerate development.


What You’ll Do
Patient and employees Platform (Web)
- Registration form (Nama, Tahun Lahir, Gender, Pekerjaan, Domisili)
- Paid session flow (IDR 35K / 15 mins) integrated with AI chat engine
- Session history & summary pages

Psychologist Booking Flow
- Redirect to hospital’s CS team
- Support for 1 telehealth session type (60 mins)

Tenant Management Dashboard (Admin)
- Track session quotas (AI & psychologist)
- Invoice & renewal status
- Usage snapshots


What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with NestJS (backend) and [login to view URL] (frontend) -> mainly frontend or fullstack now
- Ability to deliver fast in a lean startup environment
- Comfortable working with PostgreSQL
- Experience collaborating with a tech team
- Bonus: experience in health-tech or B2B SaaS
