"Project Overview
I’m looking to build a web-based PG/Hostel marketplace where property owners can list their PG accommodations and hostels, and students or working professionals can quickly find suitable options using intuitive search and filters.

Key Requirements on Frontend/Website:

Advanced Search & Filters: Robust, fast search by city/area (all areas dropdown list), price range, occupancy type, amenities, and other standard PG/hostel criteria. Results must update instantly, accurately and work flawlessly on mobile. (web-based)

Mobile-First Design (web-based): Highly responsive, smartphone-friendly UI/UX as most users will browse on mobile.

Featured / Hot / Special Offer Listings: Ability to highlight selected properties as featured, trending, or on special offer.

Branded PG Section: Dedicated brand column—clicking a brand name should display all listings from that brand.

Key Requirements on Back-end admin panel:

Comprehensive Admin Panel: Clean, role-based dashboard to approve/edit/remove listings, manage users, and view key stats.

Track number of property owners and their free/paid listings.

Track number of customers signed up, properties they showed interest in, locations searched, and contacted properties.

All owners email/number & customers email/number to be stored in the admin panel / CRM / excel.

User Engagement & Notifications:

Automated Recommendations: Ability to send similar PG/hostel listings to users via email and WhatsApp based on their search history or favorites.

Search Reminders: Automated follow-up messages on whatsapp/email to nudge users who haven’t yet found a matching property, encouraging them to continue their search & also give them the option to select "stop" in case they don't want the notifications.

Easy & Friendly Listing Flow: Step-by-step property submission with extensive & detailed amenities options for owners.

Performance & Scalability:
The platform must be scalable, with fast loading times and zero lag to handle future growth. Maybe in future we may offer bookings & payments via our website itself. (though currently not looking for that feature)

SEO & Marketing:

SEO-Friendly Architecture: Clean URL structure, optimized meta tags, schema markup, and fast page load speeds to improve search engine rankings.

Content & Analytics Ready: Easy integration with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing tools for ongoing SEO and growth campaigns.

Theme Preference:
I already have a ready-made theme and would like to either:
Use the existing theme as-is, customizing it for functionality, or
Build a replica with the same design, colors and features if that is more efficient.

Additional Input:
I welcome suggestions for any extra features or improvements that would enhance functionality or user experience & the business growth.
