"I need a desktop application that cleanly handles two core tasks: playing local audio files and streaming live audio from online sources. Fast, hiccup-free playback, a tidy interface, and lightweight resource use are priorities.

Key features I want implemented:
• Robust audio playback supporting common formats (MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC).
• A live-stream module able to accept standard streaming URLs (Shoutcast/Icecast or similar) and play them instantly.
• Basic transport controls—play, pause, stop, seek, volume, mute—plus a compact playlist area with drag-and-drop reordering.
• Status feedback (current track, elapsed / remaining time, buffering indicator during live streams).
• Option to remember the last session’s playlist and automatically reconnect to the most recent stream on launch.
• Windows installer as well as the full, well-commented source code so I can build future versions in-house.

The final build should run smoothly on Windows 10/11 without external dependencies beyond standard runtimes. If you plan to leverage libraries such as FFmpeg, BASS, NAudio, or similar, note that in your proposal along with any required licenses.
