"I lead a growing software development studio and I’m ready to widen our client base. I’m looking for a Business Development Executive who already lives and breathes the technology sector and can consistently land new software development projects.

Here’s what the role looks like from my side:

You’ll be prospecting, qualifying and nurturing leads, shaping proposals with my tech team, then negotiating until a contract is signed. My sweet spot is custom web and mobile builds for SMEs and funded start-ups, yet I’m open to any software opportunity you can validate.

When you apply, the first thing I’ll study is your past work: show a short, concrete list of deals you personally closed—client, scope, and how you moved it from first call to signature. Numbers speak louder than buzzwords.

Monthly deliverables
• A live pipeline of qualified contacts, each with need summary and next action
• At least one signed software development engagement (targets adjust once we align)
• A concise weekly report of outreach metrics, calls, demos and deal status

We currently work in HubSpot, Slack, Zoom and Trello; if another CRM or outreach tool gets you better results, just say so.
