Project description:
"I want to launch a web portal where anyone can sign up either to request a service or to offer one. The initial focus is on Home services and Professional services, and every listing—whether a job post or a provider profile—will follow preset categories and option fields that I define in the back-end.

Key workflow
• One account can hold both roles, letting users switch seamlessly between “I need help” and “I can help.”
• During onboarding, members choose their role(s), complete the relevant form, and land in a dashboard tailored to their selection.
• An admin panel must let me create, edit, and archive categories, sub-categories, and option sets for both sides of the marketplace without touching code.

Membership & payments
Access to certain categories, or higher listing visibility, will be tied to paid membership tiers. Please integrate Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer so users can upgrade instantly and the system can change their permissions automatically once payment clears.

Deliverables
1. Responsive website (front-end + back-end) with dual-role registration, role-specific dashboards, and listing forms pre-populated with my category structure.
2. Admin console to manage users, listings, categories, memberships, and transactions.
3. Payment gateway hookups for card, PayPal, and bank transfer, including webhook handling for status updates.
4. Documentation sufficient for a non-technical admin to add categories or adjust pricing.

Acceptance criteria will be a working demo on your server, followed by deployment on mine with all flows—from signup through paid upgrade—fully tested." (client-provided description)
