"I need a lightweight Windows desktop application that lets me run small-scale elections (up to 50 participants) in just a few clicks. Each election starts with an Excel import containing name and email; the app then generates a unique random token for every voter and embeds that token in a personalised web link.

When a voter follows their link, the system first validates both the token and their email address, then shows a simple ballot—most of my questions are basic Yes/No. While the vote is open, every voter can watch real-time totals refresh on screen, and once the countdown timer hits zero the app freezes further input and displays a final summary of the outcome.

• Excel → tokenised links emailed or copied for distribution
• Token + email check before a ballot opens
• Yes/No question editor with the option to add more questions later if needed
