"I want to replicate the Zip word-puzzle experience found at [login to view URL] as a polished, self-contained Android app. The gameplay should feel identical: players reveal the hidden four-letter word by “unzipping” the grid, aiming for the lowest move count. Smooth touch controls, a clean minimalist UI, and quick game-restart cycles are essential so the app feels just as snappy as the original.

The build must run natively on recent Android phones and be ready for Play Store submission. Kotlin or Flutter are both acceptable; structure the project so adding other platforms later would be straightforward.
